The caveats are the address’s own terms. A promenade hotel hears its promenade, and the front rooms’ road noise is the file’s one recurring deal-breaker; the sun decks were drawn tighter than the occupancy they serve, so peak-week loungers go early; and the sea is a public cove down the walk, which the brochure’s seafront wording should not let surprise anyone.
