The whole villa can be booked only by one guest, one family, or two friendly families or relatives, but only by one booking. In other words, if you are more than 5 persons, you would take the whole house. That means sea view apartment & garden view apartment. If you are 4 people, you did not need the garden view apartment (downstairs space), but we are not allowed to host strangers at the same time as you. This is one villa and depending on the number of the guests, we give one or both spaces. Unsuitable for people with mobility problems due to stairs
