According to local legend, St. Myron saved the locals from a dragon’s ravenous appetite by slaying it nearby, leaving behind a single rock at the site, now known as “The Dragon.”
The village is also known for producing high-quality raki, and visitors have the opportunity to attend and participate actively in its production each October and November.
