“Cretan Wine Gallery” brings 31 Cretan wineries to Heraklion’s Loggia on September 12-13

Wines of Crete is organizing the Cretan Wine Gallery, a two-day wine tasting event, at the Loggia in Heraklion on September 12 and 13, 2026, from 18:00 to 22:30, the organization said.
The event will offer a self-pour tasting format, allowing visitors to sample wines from 31 wineries across Crete and more than 100 labels of Cretan wine, according to Wines of Crete.
Organizers describe the gathering as an open invitation to wine enthusiasts, industry professionals and visitors interested in the island’s contemporary wine scene. Professional sommeliers will be on site throughout both days to guide tastings, share information on grape varieties and styles, and help visitors identify wines suited to their preferences, Wines of Crete said.
