Lato archaeological site adds self-guided digital audio tour
The archaeological site of Lato, near Agios Nikolaos, has introduced a self-guided digital audio tour, according to a report by Anatoli.
New signs placed across the site feature a headphone icon and a number, such as “111,” corresponding to a specific point of interest or monument. Visitors carrying an audio-guide device or using a smartphone app can enter that number to hear information about the location.
Each sign also carries a QR code. Scanning it with a phone camera gives visitors direct access to the same audio content, according to the report.
