Heraklion grill house and winery host joint tasting event on October 16

Grill House Marnellos and Vergitsi Winery, two Heraklion-area businesses, will host a joint tasting event on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 19:00 at the grill house’s location on Leoforos Papanastasiou 125 in Heraklion.

According to the organizers, the evening will pair Marnellos’s spit-roasted meats, described as the result of about 30 years of grilling experience, with wines from Vergitsi Winery, which traces its winemaking tradition in Crete to 1956 and is now run by its third generation from the Dafnes area.
